Our Warranty
All Customs Unlimited products carry a limited lifetime warranty against defects in materials or workmanship.
Having a problem with a product you purchased from us or one of our authorized dealers? Please email us with a detailed description of the problem including pictures and your order number. To start a warranty claim, you can contact us at support@customsunlimited.co, or fill out a request form here.
This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship in all Customs Unlimited branded products. The lifetime limited warranty is effective for a lifetime of ownership of the Customs Unlimited branded product from the date of purchase.
At the sole discretion of Customs Unlimited, we will accept or deny the warranty claim; and we may require additional support or documentation for a warranty claim including the return of the product at the customer’s expense. If the warranty claim is approved, at our sole discretion we will either repair or replace the defective or malfunctioning product at no charge, provide a full refund to customer or a credit toward other products.
Our company also sells products from other manufacturers. If you purchased one of those products, the manufacturer’s warranty will apply to your warranty claim.
This warranty covers parts only - any labor charges incurred by the customer for installation of the product are not covered. All warranty claims require proof of purchase.
If customers need warranty support more than 30 days after purchase, return shipping costs to Customs Unlimited will be the customer's responsibility.
Conditions that are not included by warranty, or void and terminate warranty, include but are not limited to:
- Installation of parts in any non-stock application (off-road racing, conversion, fleet or
commercial application, etc.)
- Dismantling, modification or alteration of part(s) or any component of the product for any reason
- Improper installation, handling or failure to complete manufacturer service bulletins
- Problems caused by abuse, misuse or acts of God
- Sale or transferring ownership of the product
- Warranty only applies to the initial purchaser shown on the original invoice
- Following of manufacturer recommended procedures is not evident
- Merchandise is returned damaged or in any other condition than which it was originally sold
- Repeat or multiple warranty claims by the same customer, or for the same products that create suspicion of fraud
- Failure or refusal to provide additional support for warranty claim that we request
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
