RETURN, EXCHANGE and REFUND

SECTION 1 - RETURNS

Our 30-day return policy begins upon the customer’s receipt of the product. To qualify for a return, the customer must return the item in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging; and otherwise, the product will be deemed to have been returned in damaged condition. You’ll also need the receipt and Order Number with proof of payment. SPECIAL ORDER OR
CUSTOM-MADE ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED.

SECTION 2 – RETURN FEES

All orders returned by customer will incur costs for return handling, shipping, & restocking fees as set forth here:

A. RETURN/REFUND FEES ARE VENDOR SPECIFIC & NON-NEGOTIABLE
-CUSTOMS UNLIMITED: 15% RESTOCKING FEE
-SICK DIESEL: 10% RESTOCKING FEE
-MORIMOTO: UP TO 15% RESTOCKING FEE
-RECON: UP TO 20% RESTOCKING FEE
-ALPHAREX: UP TO 15% RESTOCKING FEE

B. RETURN/EXCHANGE FEES ARE VENDOR SPECIFIC & NON-NEGOTIABLE
-CUSTOMS UNLIMITED: FLAT $15 FEE
-SICK DIESEL: FLAT $20 FEE
-MORIMOTO: UP TO 15% RESTOCKING FEE
-RECON: UP TO 20% RESTOCKING FEE
-ALPHAREX: UP TO 15% RESTOCKING FEE

C. SHIPPING
-The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Return instructions will be provided by Customs Unlimited Customer Support. Please contact us at support@customsunlimited.co for the correct instructions based upon the products you ordered.
-If the return is required due to our error, Customer Support will issue a pre-paid return shipping label by email to cover the cost to ship the item back to us; and Customs Unlimited will waive return fees.

SECTION 3 – REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and determined whether or not the refund was approved. If approved, you will be refunded the price actually paid, after deducting the fees described in Section 2, using your original payment method and within 10 business days of the approval.

Please remember it takes additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post a refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@customsunlimited.co.

SECTION 4 – ORDER CANCELLATIONS
All order cancellations must be made prior to shipment of the order. If the order has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel an order and it will be treated as a return subject to the fees described in Section 2. All cancellations will incur a 5% fee to cover credit card processing expenses, which is non-negotiable.

SECTION 5 – EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be cancelled or returned:

-Custom orders and products made to your specific requirements
-Perishable products
-Personal items with hygiene concerns like hats, jewelry or underwear
-Items that are not returned in their original condition, are worn or used, have tags removed or are not in original packaging
-Items that are returned in damaged condition
-Unsealed software, DVDs or other technology
-If the product fails due to an installation error, it cannot be returned for a refund or return

SECTION 6 – EUROPEAN UNION RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (COOLING OFF PERIOD)

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being sold online to a customer located in the European Union, customer has the right to withdraw or return the order, seek a repair, replacement, full or partial refund, within 14 days of receipt of the product for any or no reason. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging; and otherwise, the product will be deemed to have been returned in damaged condition. You’ll also need the receipt and Order Number with proof of payment. 

We will refund customer the original cost of shipping paid by the customer; however, the customer is responsible for return product shipping costs and the fees described in Section 2. In addition, some items are non-cancelable and non-refundable as described in Section 5.
