Shipping policy
Order Processing:
• All orders will take a minimum of 3 business days to process, provided that all products are in stock.
• Please note that all items in your order must be available before shipping can occur.
Shipping Confirmation:
• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking number for your convenience.
International Orders:
• All international orders are subject to additional shipping costs, duties, and taxes.
• Customs Unlimited reserves the right to hold fulfillment if shipping costs need to be adjusted.
Shipping Protection:
At Customs Unlimited, we want to ensure your orders arrive safely. To provide extra peace of mind, we offer Shipping Protection. Here's how it works:
• Orders Under $250: If your order is valued at less than $250 and your package is lost or missing, we will reship your order at no additional cost, regardless of whether you purchased Shipping Protection.
• Orders Over $250: For orders valued at $250 or more, Shipping Protection is required for a reshipment in the event your package is lost or missing.
◦ A claim will be filed with the shipping carrier for any missing packages.
◦ If the carrier approves the claim, we will reship your order.
◦ Even if the carrier does not approve the claim, if you purchased Shipping Protection, we will still reship your order.
Important Notes:
• We only offer reshipments for lost or missing packages. We do not provide monetary refunds or store credit.
• Customs Unlimited reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
We recommend purchasing Shipping Protection for orders over $250 to guarantee a replacement if your package is lost or missing.
