Why is my headlight hyper flashing after installation?
Why is my headlight hyper flashing after installation?
The incorrect amperage is being transferred to the headlight. A headlight
conversion harness is needed to help correct this. Please reach out to our

Can I modify the extreme strobe rocker lights to be hardwired?
Can I modify the extreme strobe rocker lights to be hardwired?
- There is unfortunately no way to modify the extreme strobe rocker lights to work outside their intended function, which would be cycling power and their 20+ modes. They are designed to operate as a standalone system. No additional
lighting can be directly wired to them. - We do not recommend hardwiring our extreme strobe rocker lights, this will void
our warranty. If you insist on hardwiring the strips, you must keep the circuit
board that is in our provided switch for the strips to function properly as this acts
as the brain for the kit! You can access the wiring of the kit by removing the 12v
adapter with a Phillips screwdriver!
Do I need a plug and play harness to install valance lights?
Do I need a plug and play harness to install valance lights?
You can wire the valance light kit to any source of power you prefer! Some options for connecting to power include wiring to auxiliary switches, wiring to a switch you installed, or splicing the wire into the parking light. You decide where
power comes from! We do highly recommend our plug and play harness for easy installation to avoid voiding warranties on your vehicle by splicing into the wiring!

Why does my plug and play harness continue to keep my valance lights on when DRL is shut off for my 2019 Dodge Ram with reflector headlights?
Why does my plug and play harness continue to keep my valance lights on when DRL is shut off for my 2019 Dodge Ram with reflector headlights?
This is only applicable to the 2019 Dodge Ram’s with reflector headlights. The plug and play harness is functioning normally for the valance lights to be on when
the DRL is shut off. The reason this is happening is that it connects to a different circuit than the DRL. The circuit it connects to provides 12v anytime the truck is ON (the valance lights do shut off when the truck is OFF). Dodge calls it a run relay control for the headlamp modules.
Commonly asked questions:
1. Why can't we connect to the DRL circuit instead?
- The reason is that on the
Dodge Ram, the DRL circuit runs on a variable duty cycle based on several factors (light conditions outside and programming). This can cause the lights to either flicker or not illuminate in some circumstances. For this reason, it is not an ideal circuit for accessory lighting like the valance lights.
2. Why do we advertise this as connecting to the DRL circuit when in fact it is not actually connected to the DRL?
- It's difficult to educate/explain to customers enough for them to understand the WHY and most do not toggle the DRL off.
