Shipping policy

Order Processing:

• All orders will take a minimum of 3 business days to process, provided that all products are in stock.
• Please note that all items in your order must be available before shipping can occur.

Shipping Confirmation:

• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking number for your convenience.

International Orders:

• All international orders are subject to additional shipping costs, duties, and taxes.
• Customs Unlimited reserves the right to hold fulfillment if shipping costs need to be adjusted.

Shipping Protection:

At Customs Unlimited, we want to ensure your orders arrive safely. To provide extra peace of mind, we offer Shipping Protection. Here's how it works:

    •    If Shipping Protection Is Purchased: If your your package is lost, missing or arrives damaged, we will reship your order at no additional cost.

    •    If No Shipping Protection is Purchased: For orders where no shipping protection is purchased, the following actions must occur in order for your package to be reshipped. Please note this process can potentially take several week depending on the shipping carrier:

    ◦    A claim will be filed with the shipping carrier for any missing, lost, or damaged packages.

    ◦    If the carrier approves the claim, we will reship your order.

    ◦    If the carrier denies the claim, your package will not be reshipped.

Important Notes:

    •    We only offer reshipments for lost or missing packages. We do not provide monetary refunds or store credit.

    •    Customs Unlimited reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.

   •     For packages shipped by a 3rd Party, claims must be filed through the 3rd party.
